Happy Thursday,
The card I am sharing today is a mix of styles and hopefully shows how mixed media style can be pretty and elegant. Here I have mixed my Time Flies die set with the Gerbera daisy stamp and die set to make a classic look.
I stared by naming the background using a stamp made from my cogs die set and funky foam. I heat set these with ultra which embossing powder and added mica to give the colour. I demonstrated this technique on my last hochanda shows which you can see on rewind.
I stamped and die cut the Gerbera Daisy and coloured these using yellow and red pigment inks before shaping the flowers and adding micro beads in the centres. I added these over the Swirl leaves die cut in gold pearl card.
I the added pocket watch made in silver and gold pearl card using my time flies die set tucking this behind the leaves and flowers.
Ingredients:
JND Time Flies die set
JND Swirl Leaves
JND Gerbera Daisy Stamps et
JND Gerbera Daisy die set
Enjoy...
