Happy Monday,
Ive been meaning to share this card for a couple of weeks but the weather didn't seem appropriate! At the workshop yesterday I happened to mention that the weather here in the Uk was like Spring in autumn, a perfect cue for this card!
The main element for this card is the gerbera daisy stamp and matching die set. I was talking to a friend last night and she mentioned that a few people had said they thought the Gerbera daisy die was a background So i thought I would share this card to show how the die and stamp work together as well as filming a video on them later today which I will pots as soon as possible.
I stamped the single stamp which has all six flowers ion it then cut it out with the matching die which gives me 6 flowers. I then shaded the flowers using yellow and orange Izink pigment ink pads and shaped them using a ball tool. I added clear glue in the centres and added clear microbeads to make give a more realistic look.
I cut the cork using the outline die from the gerbera panel die and matted these on gold before adding to the card. I wrapped a frayed strip of hessian down one side and arranged the gerbera leaves, cut in Krfat card, some bits form the hessian and the flowers on top.
Enjoy...

Hi John. What a lovely bunch of flowers. Not too sure about the cork though as it reminds me of the floor in our kitchen and bathroom when I was a child - sorry.
