Simple Sunday...

Happy Sunday...

I thought It was time I reintroduced the idea of simple Sunday where I post a simple card or project that can be made in minutes!

This card was made in less than 10 minutes honestly just using the round media plate and the Cubis cut and emboss folder from Crafts Too.

I simply made a background using the media plate, skeleton leaves and the Izink Pigment inks ( which I demoed on the show) There are videos on this on my you tube channel.

Next I cut a small 4 x 6 card blank using the Cubes cut and emboss folder however I used the folder after I had used it to make a letterpress background using blue Izink pigment ink ( see earlier this week) This means that I transferred a little of the colour left on the folder giving a light dusting of blue which just emphasises the pattern and mirrors the colours inside!

Simple cad quick,

Enjoy...

  11. Hi John. I have looked at everyone else's comments and they all love this card. Sadly, it is not for me, I think it may be the colours - sorry, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.

Nice card John. I laughed when I read 10 minutes. It takes me longer than that to get my supplies out and to decide how to do it with dies or folders that I have. I don't yet do well with embossing as it's difficult for me (with eye problems) to see the design and the right way up etc.
    Have a good day.
