Cocoa Bean Lustre Card...

Happy Thursday,

Another card using the Sandwich box die set today.  I think you will all of guessed how much I love this set I find it so Flexible!

Im busy working with samples of the next Die release so don't worry there are new dies coming soon!
I simply cut the 2 larger panels form the set into a piece of cocoa bean lustre card.  I then embossed a piece of the gold lustre card using the die in my machine with the embossing sandwich only ( so It quilts and doesn't cut)  I then added the cut peice over the top.

Next I made the centre panel using the smaller corner die which is exactly half the size of the larger panel.  I repeated the process was the same as the back piece and matted and layers this on top.
Finally I added a circle cut form the same card adding a spray of my starflower leaves around this.  I made one large starflower for the base and adding matts and layers to finish the card.

Enjoy...

  26. Hello John, a really beautiful card today, love the wreath around the aperture, and one of my favourite techniques "quilting" with the die, very effective and if your line up is perfect it looks like you have paper pieced it. Have a great day everyone. Bx

A truly beautiful card John. I'm amazed at the number of different cards you have made from the sandwich box. Did you have all these in mind as you created the dies or did they just shout to be showcased?
    Love to all
