Thinking of you...

Happy Tuesday,

Another sample from my stamp launch this time a mix of the Larkspur and Nasturtium sets simply stamped in jet black archival ink.

I stared by stamping the flourishes form the Nasturtium set around a rectangle of bright white card.  I layers this with black and more white.  Next I cut a larger rectangle and stamped the nasturtium flourishes at each corner and added black lace and white seam binding down the centre before adding the smaller panel with mounting cushion.

I then stamped the sentiment from the larkspur everyday sentiment set , which matches with the Swiss die collection, and cut it out with the matching die form the Bern set the  added the other die cuts form the set behind.

A bow and Craft Consortium pearl embellishment and finished.

Enjoy...

    1. Hi,
I too have a problem stamping but some years ago purchased two blocks a large and small with sponge on the four corners from FISKARS, you put the stamp on the wrong side , ink it up and turn it over and you can put pressure on with both hands. It also is marked with a grid for accuracy.
Hope this may be beneficial to you.

  23. Morning John, absolutely love this card, your stamps are fantastic and go so well on this creation. Tell me when you do your matt and layering do you fut the layers 1/8th of an inch smaller each time so that you get 1/16th all round? only they look fantastic and I can never get mine like that.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

  44. Late today, John as I've been in London with my darling little granddaughter. Activities have included some crafting. She loves punches but her particular favourite is sticking gems onto things - they make great ear studs!
Love the card - nasturtiums and flourishes are on my wish list.
