Back and Sneak Peak!

Happy Friday,

Well judging by the comments the holiday quickies went down well thank you so much for understanding the speed I need to post these with!  I am now back form Holidays and have been beavering away on my New Stamp samples that I picked up on my return.  These will be launched on Monday at 8pm on Hochanda so I thought I would give you all a few sneak peaks before the day!  The good news is this collection includes the much awaited Summers Child clear stamp set covering birthdays in June, July and August.

Therefore I thought I would show a bonus and show 2 cards .  The first is using the new main element from my Peony Elements clear stamp set the second use the June poem from the Summers child clear stamp set.  Both will be available form Monday and are planned demos on the show so hopefully you will get to see the made if you tune in.

For this card I used the New York background and matched it with Coconut white and baby pink along with Phil Martins Frosted Blossom cosmic shimmer products.

The second card is made using a Spellbinders die the Fancy Ribbon Threader set which is on the show at a special offer price.

a few more shots to whet your appetites and more peaks tomorrow. For those who asked I had a brilliant relaxing Holiday with too much food!

Enjoy...

Glad you had a good holiday!!!!
These cards are beautiful and look so fresh.
I like number 1 the best, although the spellbinder die in the second gives food for thought using different texture to slot through.

  7. Hi John. I hope that you enjoyed your well earned break. Two very beautiful cards and I couldn't choose a favourite. Can't wait for your new launch, the credit card is ready as I have a number of summer birthdays to make for and I've been waiting for your stamps to be launched, and peonies are my favourite flower so that set will be a "must have" too! Even better - I'm on holiday next week so I'll be able to watch all your shows live. Sue XXX

  14. Morning John,
Wow these cards are gorgeous, I love them and will be ordering your stamps that's for sure.
Another reason for me to get the New York dies, I have been itching to get them from the start but now I MUST get them, can't wait any longer lol.
I am now free to do papercrafting again, the quilts for my great newphews are finished (after a hard slog of 11 hours sitting at the sewing machine yesterday muttering 'I will finish today' lol) They love them so that is the main thing, they are the first memory quilts I have done using fabric from onsies their Nan bought them before she passed away.
Anyway if you want to see them I did share photos on Facebook yesterday.
I'm having a day off today, we are off out somewhere ( yet to be decided) I might have a play with the gilding polishes later this evening.
Enjoy your preparations for your shows.

  34. Good afternoon John,
I hope that you enjoyed your holidays flower, that you could relax a bit and enjoy your "free" time. Oh flower, your first pink card is stunning, i love absolutely everything about it. The second card with your lovely poem is lovely as well but the first is my favourite today. Being a June baby myself this is a lovely verse and design is so pretty. I think i am going to have to try and get these sets of stamps as they are so very useful and especially when you are trying to find something that's nice and you can see the person in that verse. Thank you John for our double treat today and have fun making you samples up.
