More Shows...

Happy Monday,

Just a quick note I have updated the next 2 months of Workshops and demos own the page above!

I hope you all enjoyed the shows yesterday on Hochanda and were able to tune in for them.  If not remember you can catch uno on any missed show on www.hochanda.com and clicking catch up, a full schedule is available on there.

Back to Today and here are a few more samples from the shows!  I will hopefully be demoing some of these today at 9am, 12pm, 4pm and last chance at 8pm.

Back tomorrow with my first card using the fabulous new collection of dies designed by Sue Wilson for Creative Expressions.

  3. Morning John,
What stunning cards they are gorgeous.
I watched all your shows yesterday ( one I had to watch at 10pm) the demos were great. I love the way you did the mixed media. I must have a go at that.
The stamps and dies are lovely. I like the way you can layer the stamps to make them more realistic. Oh and I love the way you did the butterflies on velum.
Have a great time today on Hochanda I've got to tape all your shows as I'm babysitting today.

  6. Morning John.
caught up with your Justrite show this morning as we have a very early riser hound, and was so pleased to get my fix of pretty cards. Oh my lord I have to have the sparkle embossing powders they are a must for me. Question - what made you think about trying the perfect medium under the distressing inks to give a clearer stamped image ? Thank you for that tip, many a time I've wanted to use my distressed inks to stamp a sentiment to tone in but never liked the look, but I'm going to try your helpful tip so I can use them for sentiment stamping at last. Looking forward to see what you do with Sue's new die collection and will set the box for repeat viewing, repeat viewing, repeat viewing - get the jist ? Lol. Enjoy your busy day, its been non stop for you lately, when do you get a holiday sorted ? Xx

  7. Hi John,
The show was fabulous! I watched it twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. Bought some stamps and dies and can't wait to see how they turn out. Your stamping tips were invaluable and will use them when I try to to use these stamps.
    Thanks

  22. The cards are much more subtle and so much more to my taste, I like them a lot.

I Played with the glitter embossing powder for the first time on Saturday and have decided that here new ones are a must! Just watching you on TV using a brayer with the Perfect Medium as I type; I am going to watch you first then try it for the first time myself later to produce and engagement card. Doesn't this sparkle powder work well with this method! Love it!

  39. Good afternoon John,
Well all of these cards would be a winner i think and seeing you on Hochanda earlier, you did look like you were having a lot of fun. It is nice to hear someone tell who they got the inspiration or their tips from that they like to use and for them to get passed on, but there again crafters the world over are a generous bunch of happy people that love to share and tell others if they find out a new trick or something that works. Thank you John for lovely projects and great tips.
By the way i dont'know how i missed that picture of your altered art out side yesterday on the big canvas but it did either that or you're playing sneakies on us and sneaked it in afterwards, lol.
