Stamped in blue (again)...
An almost fully stamped card today with just a couple of die cuts! I thought you might like to see some of the flourishes from the Daisy Everyday Sentiment set. Also the versatility of the Daisy square background.
I stared by stamping the daisy square background in cobalt archival ink onto bright white foundation card. I cut this out using one of the Double pierced square dies from set A. I matted this with a thin layer of cobalt foundation card.
Next I cut 2 of the frames and tags die dainty oval frame one in cobalt and one in bright white amen matted these together to make a shadow.
I stamped the Thank Ou from the daisy trail elements set in the centre of the oval and added two of the solid daisies, from the everyday sentiments set, on each side. I finished the daisies with cosmic pearl PVA dimensional glue.
I added a bow made of seam binding in cobalt over the stamped square and added the dainty frames over this.
For the background I cut a larger square of bright white card and stamped 4 of the flourishes, again from the everyday sentiment set, coming from each corner and matted this piece with more of the cobalt. A few layers of white and cobalt and finished a card that could be easily scaled down for smaller cards.
I will be demoing a similar card to this on Hochanda on Monday or Tuesday next week with my One Day Special.
