Background Star?

Happy Tuesday,

I thought i might allow one of my samples that didn't get demonstrated last week its day in the sun!

I started first by making the background using the Indigo Mist and Lilac whisper colour cloud blending inks and the wonderful smoothie tools .  I used the smoothies to create the book background with circles of the 2 colours , i then used the lilac whisper to blend the background to smooth it out.

Next I made a frame using the largest of the double pierced square dies and the third one.  I did the same technique to the space between the dies, once cut, to give a frame with the matching colours.  I then cut this into 4 corners to hold the centre panel.

I mounted this onto a large square of blue dusk foundation card hat I had embossed with the leafy montage A4 embossing folder.

Next I the heraldic square die using the outline and centre form blue dusk, and mounted this in the centre.  I then cut one of the centre dies with the outline die in white.  I cut into this to make the flower or windmill and added it in the centre with a dazzler as the centrepiece.

Finally I added a bow made form swam binding that I coloured using the indigo mist colour cloud blending ink.

Not the best pictures of this one but hopefully you will get the gist!
