Happy Tuesday,
I hope you all enjoyed the launch of the One Day Special last night I have to say I had a real laugh with Lisa and doesn't she have some fab techniques?
Don't forget the double trouble crafting continues today at 9am, 12pm, 4pm and finally the last chance at 7pm!
Today's project is this wonderful MDF box which gives so many opportunities to decorate either with the stunning new Craft Consortium papers or any of the paint techniques.
I stared by covering the base and lid using a selection of the Craft Consortium Decoupage papers form the Antique whites set, I then added the white crackle paper to a sheet of coconut white foundation card and die cut the perfect peonies complete petals from this. I cut 4 full flowers and made them up, one for the front and three for the lid. Next I cut the Splendid swirls form Kraft card and used the foliage as a base. I added the swirls so that they twirl out with the peonies on top.
I will be demoing this box and technique today in one of the shows so for more details you may need to tune in!
Enjoy...
Morning John, a beautiful box still to watch last nights show looking forward to see them all.

Wow! for the gorgeous box and Wow! for all the other brilliant demos I've been watching. You and Lisa proved how simple it is to decorate plain old MDF with those lovely papers. They're certainly stronger than they look.
