As Promised

Happy Sunday!

As promised last Sunday, or possibly Monday here is a card made with the die I used for the aperture shown on my Hobbycutz DT project.

The die used for Sizzix snowflake wreath it creates the most beautiful, delicate, wreath of snowflakes.  I have used this die, in similar col, ours, on my family Christmas cards however you will have to wait until Christmas day to see this one.

I made a white card blank using PMD hammered cardstock at 15 x 15 cm and cut one of the die from the centre of the card.  Next I cut the same in a graphite glitter card, rotated this over the aperture added a few gems and pearls and foam mounted this over the top.

Next I stamped the sentiment on a piece of acetate and stuck this in the gap with a simple snowflake, cut in white glitter card. on the edge. The card looked a little stark so I used some graphite mica powder dusted over the surface and around the edges to make the colours blend.

Hope this is a good presentation of this die and makes up for the lack of description of last weeks card.

Enjoy...
